Raising awareness about what's possible within the most popular search engines may act as a driver towards encouraging users to develop their skills. This presentation on Slideshare: What Can Google Do For You reviews a range of Google tips and apps in an educational context. Is there something similar that addresses likely concerns in (local) government?
