If staff cannot set their homepage to a Listening Dashboard they are unlikely to make good daily use of that listening dashboard.

How can we overcome this hurdle? Ideas, links, resources & shared learning about your experiences of this particular hurdle are encouraged and welcome.

Overcoming this barrier may take a while. Are there any ways staff can work-around this barrier effectively until more permenant solutions are in place?

• You could replace the link to your web browser on your desktop, with a link to the web-page you want as your homepage.

• The organisation/authority may want it's intranet or homepage to be the page users first see when they log into the web. Tabbed web browsers will allow users to set up more than one homepage.
